Project Debrief

So yesterday was spent doing very little.
Have discovered that there is nothing to do in Dar es Salaam, and despite meandering around for a bit, it was easier to stay put and chat.

Today was project debrief, a crucial part of the project where we got to provide feedback to the Read staff about how our project went, and provide helpful information in terms of moving forward.

A big aspect related to the books, but even more for me, I felt was in the relationship building aspect, as it was difficult striking relationships with the schools in such a short space of time.

I understand that this was taken on board for the subsequent year which was good to know.

It was great to chat with the other teams to find out about their experiences, good and not so good.

I went out for drinks with the teams that night, but I was so excited about tomorrow's adventure...starting with Singapore.
